Little hardware help

So the last few days my Xbox decides it wants to be an asshat and reject my controllers. Every few seconds it disconnects my controllers and says "Please reconnect controller" for a few seconds and relieves itself. I have tried 3 different wired and 4 wireless which all work on other xboxes. Has anyone heard of this evil thing? If so, does anyone know how to fix it? I plan to sneak away during a delivery and pick up a new controller from Devil-Mart just to try plus I really would like to buy a new one anyways. Boy, is the misses going to be angry tonight
