Changing team question

Ok, once again piggy backing off my last topic. I demanded a release (coach) so that I could take over another team. Only problem is I can't seem to figure out how to take over coaching a new team. Do I have to just retire and make a new coach? Is this another EA programmer fail?

Yea you can't chose your coach from your previous team. You have to pick a new coach

I think the only way to keep your coach is if you were to get fired, and then offered a job by another team. Otherwise, you have to start a new coach from scratch. Really sucks you can't change playbooks without doing this.

Ya you can change it everytime at vs screen, but for the default playbook to change it has to be set when you make the coach.
